Below you will find details about our 2 bed/ 2 bath home, Bree’s Ocean Point Penthouse, located in the Ocean Point Vacation Rentals complex on the boardwalk in Pacific Beach.

Ocean Point Vacation Rentals is located on the Pacific Beach boardwalk across from the Crystal Pier. On the ground level is the community pool and hot tub. There is also a lounging area, gas BBQ and each condo has an individual parking space in the underground parking garage. Surfers provide sunup to sundown entertainment from every room in the condo. Do not forget your camera to capture the picture-perfect sunsets!

The owners of Bree’s Penthouse take great pride in sharing their comfortable condo with guests by making continual updates. Ther master bedroom has a king bed and the other bedroom has  queen bed with a single pull out trundle. Each bedroom has  a flat-screen TV and an ocean view! You won't ever miss a sunset or feel stuck in this open California-style kitchen with a view of the ocean. It has everything you need for cooking and dining at home while enjoying the ocean view. One of the bathrooms has a walk-in shower and the other has a tub/shower combination.

There is a flat screen TV with cable and DVD in the living room. The new leather queen sofa sleeper has a comfy 5 inch memory foam mattress, which is perfect for extra sleeping space. The dining table with 4 chairs is right by the floor-to-ceiling windows for dining, playing family games or just visiting with your loved ones! The breakfast bar has additional seating for 4.   One of the bathrooms has a walk-in shower and the other has a tub/shower combination.

We can provide an air conditioning unit for an additional fee. Please contact us to reserve the inventory.

We provide 2 adult bicycles for exploring the miles and miles of ocean and bay boardwalks. Also included are beach chairs, towels,a  beach umbrella, and boogie boards found in the hall closet. There is a large coin or credit card operated laundry room where you can do all your laundry at once and save time. The condo building, including garage, is secure and requires a key or remote garage door opener for entry.

The convenient location is 2 miles from SeaWorld, 3 miles from Old Town, and just 7-9 miles from the Gaslamp District, Little Italy, and the world famous San Diego Zoo in lovely Balboa Park. Come enjoy all San Diego has to offer along with the best weather in the nation!

*NOTE: This home is in a residential neighborhood and, as such, is a NOISE SENSITIVE property. Respect must be shown for the property and neighbors at all times. No loud music, parties, and or loud talking outside after 9 pm. Violation of these rules MAY result in immediate eviction from the property per your rental agreement, and/or fines from the San Diego Police. Please review your rental agreement for complete details and rules about your home!

We like our guests to feel at home as soon as they arrive! We provide a ‘starter kit’ to help our guests get settled without needing to rush off to the store.

Our kits include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, soap, linens, towels, kitchen sponges, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap when applicable, trash bags, either Keurig coffee makers with k-cups or standard coffee makers, extra blankets, sometimes extra pillows, extra sheets-for sleeper sofas, hair dryers, ironing boards, kitchens fully stocked-enough for max occupancy with some extra settings, toasters, some waffle makers, blenders, tool kits, first aid kits, fire extinguishers, co2/fire detectors, and most homes have heat available.

While on vacation, we want our guests to enjoy their vacation to the fullest and we feel in order for our guests to do this, they should also feel informed. Our emails serve to educate you on your vacation rental home, the surrounding area, responsibilities, what to expect and how to get in touch with us. We respect your privacy so our emails help provide you with all you need to know to reference as you please.

In addition, most of our properties have House Manuals detailing specific information about the property, amenities and responsibilities. Not to mention an awesome section on attractions, events, restaurants and more to help guide you during your stay in San Diego!

I would definitely come again! This property was clean, had ample room, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked well, everything worked, and the overall stay was just amazing. The place had all the supplies needed to go down to the beach from chairs, umbrellas, toys, towels..... they thought of everything really!

Nancys team is the greatest. With the building modification schedule running amok, they shuffled things around to accommodate us. We had originally scheduled Bree's condo and then found out a month before our arrival that the windows would likely be replaced while we were there - along with the stucco siding which would require the windows to be covered-obstructing any view. We chose to go to another location but when we arrived we were not happy with it. Nancy and crew placed us in a temporary condo until they could confirm Bree's was available. Though we had to move twice they did respond quickly and we were able to return to our original reservation.

Bree's condo is nicely furnished and decorated with a true beach feel. It was very well stocked and Nancy sees to it that things like paper products, shampoo and conditioner, etc. are in ample supply. She pays attention to the little things and it is much appreciated by those of us that travel halfway across the country with limited luggage space! the two bedroom two bath suits us perfectly. We would definitely stay here again!

We were very pleased with this unit. Six people slept here comfortable and plenty of room. A true delight to have a fridge with working water and ice. Linens and beds were so comfortable. Its a very quiet complex and a great side for families to be on.

Please note our policies: 
Summer 2020 Booking Policy: 

Saturday to Saturday required with 6-7 night reservations. On July 4th 2020, check-in or check-out is NOT permitted. Friday or Sunday arrival/departures ONLY over the holiday.
*Please contact us if your plans differ from this policy to see if we may be able to accommodate your request.

Nightly Minimum Policy:
6 night minimum required in the off season. 
6 nights AND a Saturday Check-in is REQUIRED during peak season (June - August). Arrival on Friday or Sunday instead may be an option.

(Please inquire if your group needs accommodations that are different as we may be able to accommodate you!)

Arrival/Departure Policy:
Check in time is 3 pm and strictly enforced. (From June-August, check-in is at 4pm)
Check out time is 11 am.


Please follow all instructions for your arrival and departure in our email and phone call correspondence. There is signage around the home to assist with the use of amenities and questions that you may have during your stay. We are available too, even after hours-give us a call!

Pet Policy: Pets are NOT permitted.

Rate Policy: Prices change on a daily basis so the rates you see today may be higher or lower when booking!

Age Policy: We do not typically rent to guests under the age of 25 or large parties. Please contact us prior to booking to see how we may accommodate your group.
