Below you will find details about our 2 bed/ 2 bath home, Crystal’s See the Sea Condo, located in Pacific Beach next to the Crystal Pier.

Crystal's condo is located in the "SEE THE SEA" Oceanfront Complex right on the boardwalk. There is nothing between this building and the ocean except for the famous Pacific Beach/Mission Beach boardwalk and the white sand beach. This is the perfect place for taking a stroll along the ocean or riding one of our provided beach cruiser bicycles.

At the condo, relax in the lounge chairs in the common area which are behind a glass wall that cuts the wind off the ocean and provides a privacy barrier while still allowing you to enjoy the sight and sounds of the waves. There is also a jacuzzi to help you relax after a long day of sightseeing. This first floor condo is just above the gated parking garage. There is an elevator for your convenience. The California-style kitchen opens to the dining and living room areas and is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy dinner at home! It has granite countertops and lovely hardwood cabinets with tile floors throughout. There is an electric grill on the balcony (gas and charcoal are not allowed). 

From the balcony (this is not an ocean front facing property) you look out to Crystal Pier on your right with a peek of the ocean through the well known and often painted Crystal Pier arch. Enjoy the ocean breeze and the relaxing sounds of the Pacific Ocean. Kono's very popular restaurant (breakfast and lunch only) is right across the street. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and the second bedroom has a double bed with a pull out single trundle bed. There is a double Murphy bed in the living room. Minimum of 300 count quality bed sheets and comforters on each bed. Both bedrooms have private baths, flat screen TVs mounted on the wall and roomy mirrored closets with plenty of space to keep the condo looking orderly.

For your convenience, there's a coin op washer and dryer right across the hallway and free parking in the gated garage under the condo building. You have the option to leave your car parked and walk to everything you need and just enjoy the wonderful temperate climate that San Diego is famous for!

*NOTE: This home is in a residential neighborhood and, as such, is a NOISE SENSITIVE property. Respect must be shown for the property and neighbors at all times. No loud music, parties, and or loud talking outside after 9 pm. Violation of these rules MAY result in immediate eviction from the property per your rental agreement, and/or fines from the San Diego Police. Please review your rental agreement for complete details and rules about your home!

We like our guests to feel at home as soon as they arrive! We provide a ‘starter kit’ to help our guests get settled without needing to rush off to the store.

Our kits include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, soap, linens, towels, kitchen sponges, dish soap, laundry detergent and fabric softener, dishwasher soap when applicable, trash bags, either Keurig coffee makers with k-cups or standard coffee makers, extra blankets, sometimes extra pillows, extra sheets-for sleeper sofas, hair dryers, ironing boards, kitchens fully stocked-enough for max occupancy with some extra settings, toasters, some waffle makers, blenders, tool kits, first aid kits, fire extinguishers, co2/fire detectors, and most homes have heat available.

While on vacation, we want our guests to enjoy their vacation to the fullest and we feel in order for our guests to do this, they should also feel informed. Our emails serve to educate you on your vacation rental home, the surrounding area, responsibilities, what to expect and how to get in touch with us. We respect your privacy so our emails help provide you with all you need to know to reference as you please.

In addition, most of our properties have House Manuals detailing specific information about the property, amenities and responsibilities. Not to mention an awesome section on attractions, events, restaurants and more to help guide you during your stay in San Diego!

Only had to communicate through emails, no issues that we needed to call about. Emails were so informative, had directions, all info needed for checking in and out.

This is a great location within walking distance to beach, shopping, restaurants. Lovely shared patio with lounge chairs facing the ocean. Indoor parking garage. Very clean laundry room right across the hall with newer washers and dryers. Every thing we needed was provided, shampoo, soap, dishes, pots and pans, towels, large assortment of beach chairs and toys, bicycles. Beds were comfortable with clean sheets. Nice big screen TV in living room and smaller TVs in each bedroom with lots of channels. Wireless internet was very fast and reliable. There is a bar across the street that was happening late into the night which was not a problem for us. Each bedroom has a portable a/c unit.

Summer 2020 Booking Policy: 

Saturday to Saturday required with 6-7 night reservations. On July 4th 2020, check-in or check-out is NOT permitted. Friday or Sunday arrival/departures ONLY over the holiday.
*Please contact us if your plans differ from this policy to see if we may be able to accommodate your request.

Nightly Minimum Policy:
4 night minimum required in the off season. 
6 nights AND a Saturday Check-in is REQUIRED during peak season (June - August). Arrival on Friday or Sunday instead may be an option.

(Please inquire if your group needs accommodations that are different as we may be able to accommodate you!)

Arrival/Departure Policy:
Check in time is 3 pm and strictly enforced. (From June-August, check-in is at 4pm)
Check out time is 11 am.
