Taylor's Townhome underwent a full remodel from January through June, 2020. Everything in this 4 bedroom/3 bath condo is new including all furniture, mattresses and linens. The front is all glass on both levels featuring a large sliding glass door in the living room and floor-to-ceiling windows in the master bedroom to maximize the breathtaking views of Santa Barbara Cove, Mission Bay.

You will love your stay in this conveniently located condo, within easy walking distance to many restaurants, shops and just minutes from Belmont Amusement Park.  The sand and boardwalk is right below your balcony. Just walk downstairs and your toes are in the sand! Mission Bay Park is the largest aquatic park of its kind in the country. It consists of over 4,235 acres in roughly equal parts land and water. Mission Bay boasts 27 miles of shoreline, 19 of which are sandy beaches with eight locations designated as official swimming areas. 
Experience the southern California lifestyle with relaxing evenings on your private balcony with a small electric BBQ and seating for 4. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and beautiful tile backsplash. The new vinyl plank flooring is the color of driftwood. Ideal for families and friends, this condo offers comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests. Each room comes with a mini split AC, a rarity in coastal San Diego, so all guests can control the temperature of their own room. There are flat-screen TVs in every room with digital HD cable with streaming and high-speed internet access. On the first level (1 floor up from the sand), the living room-dining room combination has a fantastic view, an Olympic sized sofa-bed and two comfortable rocking, swiveling easy chairs. The kitchen is totally equipped for cooking and eating comfortably at home, with a spectacular view of the bay! The beachy décor and brand new contemporary furniture will make you feel right at home. Please note that the common areas are on the smaller side for the number of guests the unit sleeps. The living room will seat 5 adults or 6 with kids. There are two dining tables that seat 6 and 4.  Also on the first level, there is a bathroom with a walk in shower and one bedroom with 2 twin beds, a TV and a desk. We have installed a full size stacked front-loading washer/dryer just off the kitchen for your convenience.
On the second level (2 floors up from the sand) is a master bedroom with a magnificent view of the bay, a high open beam wood ceiling and a comfortable brand new king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has bunk beds with a double on the bottom and single on top. All of them have high, open-beam ceilings. There are two bathrooms in the hallway upstairs, one with a walk-in shower and the other is a combo tub/shower. Both bathrooms on the second level were completely remodeled with quartz countertops and floor to ceiling tiles, We provide all linens including beach towels.    
Parking is a single carport (will accommodate 2 small cars in tandem or one large SUV). There is additional free, overnight public parking just a 3 minute walk away at El Carmel Street on the bayside. There are 4 beach chairs and 2 boogie boards and one beach umbrella in the storage compartment above the AC compressor in the carport. 
Vacation rentals in San Diego are for the most part, second homes for the owners. Therefore, some furniture or decor may differ from what is pictured because the owners needed or wanted to replace something. Professional photos are expensive and we can not re-photograph the rental every time something is changed but we do maintain the listing content with any notable furnishing changes especially related to sleeping arrangements. (*Please note: We do not give refunds because a piece of furniture or artwork has changed)

*NOTE: This home is in a residential neighborhood and, as such, is a NOISE SENSITIVE property. Respect must be shown for the property and neighbors at all times. No loud music, parties, and or loud talking outside after 9 pm. Violation of these rules MAY result in immediate eviction from the property per your rental agreement, and/or fines from the San Diego Police. Please review your rental agreement for complete details and rules about your home! 

It is important for you to read all the details about your vacation rental property. We highlight everything you need to know about your vacation rental in our listing, through emails, some home manuals, in-home signage and phone correspondence. We want our guests to feel prepared, informed and at ease while staying with us. We are always available if you have questions! 

Upon confirming your booking, we will send you a rental agreement for your upcoming stay which you will need to complete. We will also contact you within 24 hours of the booking to obtain contact information and to address any questions or concerns you may have regarding your upcoming visit along with the House Rules & Rental Agreement. The check-in details will not be shared until the rental agreement has been signed.     


If you have never stayed in a vacation rental before, we are not a hotel, WE ARE BETTER! We offer many of the same luxuries of a hotel with the comfort and space of home to share with your whole family. Our property owners are our friends and we work with each owner to offer a special, specific and ideal environment for guests to experience and enjoy. All of our homes offer similar amenities so you can expect the same experience whenever staying with us. 

With that said, we need you to do your part in helping us maintain each home. Please be attentive to ALL RESPONSIBILITIES as a guest of our home. Trash/Recycling, Check-out duties, Communication to management and Care of the home all help us give each guest and family a home to feel at home in. We appreciate your assistance in making our homes and our business unlike any other!

We like our guests to feel at home as soon as they arrive! We provide a ‘starter kit’ to help our guests get settled without needing to rush off to the store. Our kits include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, soap, linens, towels, kitchen sponges, dish soap, laundry detergent and fabric softener, dishwasher soap when applicable, trash bags, either Keurig coffee makers or standard coffee makers, extra blankets, sometimes extra pillows, extra sheets-for sleeper sofas, hair dryers, ironing boards, kitchens fully stocked-enough for max occupancy with some extra settings, toasters, some waffle makers, blenders, tool kits, first aid kits, fire extinguishers, co2/fire detectors, and most homes have heat available. 

While on vacation, we want our guests to enjoy their vacation to the fullest and we feel in order for our guests to do this, they should also feel informed. Our emails serve to educate you on your vacation rental home, the surrounding area, responsibilities, what to expect and how to get in touch with us. We respect your privacy so our emails help provide you with all you need to know to reference as you please. 

In addition, most of our properties have House Manuals detailing specific information about the property, amenities and responsibilities. Not to mention an awesome section on attractions, events, restaurants and more to help guide you during your stay in San Diego.

See above. Overall, we loved the location of the property. It was convenient to everything and the Bay side seemed to be a good choice for quiet. While we missed the sound of the waves and the ocean breeze, we did not miss the noise that comes with the party crowds on the ocean side of Mission Beach. The condo was adequate for our needs and with as many people as we had, everyone had plenty of space (everyone had a bed) and bathrooms were not an issue as they have been in other rentals where our whole group has been present.

6 night minimum AND Saturday check-in is REQUIRED during our holiday season (December 18-January 3).
One reservation CANNOT take both holidays, unless it is a 2-week reservation. There are no arrivals OR departures on Christmas or New Year's Day. An arrival on a Friday or Sunday may be possible, please inquire if your group needs accommodations that are different as we may be able to accommodate you!  

Summer 2021 Policy:
Saturday to Saturday required with 6-7 night reservations.
On July 4th 2021, check-in or check-out is NOT permitted. An arrival on a Friday or Sunday may be possible, please inquire if your group needs accommodations that are different as we may be able to accommodate you.

Nightly Minimum Policy:
4 night minimum required in the off season.
6 nights AND a Saturday Check-in is REQUIRED during peak season (June - August). Arrival on Friday or Sunday instead may be an option.
