Below you will find details about our 1 bed/ 1 bath home, Classy on Cass, located in Pacific Beach.

This modern and chic vacation home on Cass Street in Pacific Beach is the epitome of class! Every design and detail will give the feel of comfort and luxury. Take the red steps up to this spacious condo offering sleeping arrangements for 4 guests with a queen bed in the bedroom, and a twin sleeper sofa and queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The living room has a large, smart TV with Hulu, Netflix and a dvd player and a dining table for 4 by the window. The blinds on the living room windows are cordless, making it quick and easy to let in some sunshine.

The kitchen is equipped for every meal with amenities such as a standard coffee maker, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, garbage disposal, dishwasher, blender, toaster, cooking utensils and cookware, dish towels and ceramic and glass settings. Plenty of storage and counter and cabinet space.

Out from the kitchen is a relaxing patio with lounge furniture, a grill, storage compartment and timed lights to give your evening a magical feel. In a door by the grill is a stackable washer and dryer.

The hallway to the bedroom has a closet for storage and the bathroom. The bathroom is modernly designed with a large countertop, additional storage, a quaint vanity and large step-in shower. Additional towels and linens can be found in the hallway closet and on the bathroom shelves.

Air conditioning units can be found in the hallway closet with a portable fan and heater. An additional A/C unit in the bedroom has a heat, dehumidifier and fan option. This unit vents through the window. The bedroom has lots of storage space with 3 closets. A large, flat screen TV pulls out from the wall and has Roku capabilities. The window coverings give peace and darkness with shutters and black out curtains.

The best part about this classy condo? The surrounding area! Walking distance to many restaurants, bars, shops and stores on Cass Street and Turquoise. This condo is a very short distance from the beach, with the closest beach entry on Law Street. The Surf School below this condo is happy to give you a ride! (And maybe even a discount on rentals!)

Vacation rentals in San Diego are for the most part, second homes for the owners. Therefore, some furniture or decor may differ from what is pictured because the owners needed or wanted to replace something. Professional photos are expensive and we can not re-photograph the rental every time something is changed but we do maintain the listing content with any notable furnishing changes especially related to sleeping arrangements. (*Please note: We do not give refunds because a piece of furniture or artwork has changed)

*NOTE: This home is in a residential neighborhood and, as such, is a NOISE SENSITIVE property. Respect must be shown for the property and neighbors at all times. No loud music, parties, and or loud talking outside after 9 pm. Violation of these rules MAY result in immediate eviction from the property per your rental agreement, and/or fines from the San Diego Police. Please review your rental agreement for complete details and rules about your home!

Upon confirming your booking, we will send you a rental agreement for your upcoming stay which you will need to complete. We will also contact you within 24 hours of the booking to obtain contact information and to address any questions or concerns you may have regarding your upcoming visit along with the House Rules & Rental Agreement. The check-in details will not be shared until the rental agreement has been signed.     


If you have never stayed in a vacation rental before, we are not a hotel, WE ARE BETTER! We offer many of the same luxuries of a hotel with the comfort and space of home to share with your whole family. Our property owners are our friends and we work with each owner to offer a special, specific and ideal environment for guests to experience and enjoy. All of our homes offer similar amenities so you can expect the same experience whenever staying with us.

With that said, we need you to do your part in helping us maintain each home. Please be attentive to ALL RESPONSIBILITIES as a guest of our home. Trash/Recycling, Check-out duties, Communication to management and Care of the home all help us give each guest and family a home to feel at home in. We like our guests to feel at home as soon as they arrive! We provide a ‘starter kit’ to help our guests get settled without needing to rush off to the store. Our kits include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, soap, linens, towels, kitchen sponges, dish soap, laundry detergent and fabric softener, dishwasher soap when applicable, trash bags, either Keurig coffee makers or standard coffee makers, extra blankets, sometimes extra pillows, extra sheets-for sleeper sofas, hair dryers, ironing boards, kitchens fully stocked-enough for max occupancy with some extra settings, toasters, some waffle makers, blenders, tool kits, first aid kits, fire extinguishers, co2/fire detectors, and most homes have heat available.

Classy on Cass was a great property. Very open space with big rooms and a well equipped kitchen. WiFi was just fast enough to stream HD movies from the smart TVs. Couches were comfy as was the bed. AC units keep the place down to about 77 degrees indicated in the hottest summer days. The shower is wonderful with great water pressure and the bathroom is spacious. The rear deck is equipped with a grill and some nice furniture with nice lighting. The downstairs surf shop staff is super friendly and very courteous as well. Its located in a real nice area with great access to everything. We loved it and also loved how helpful the staff was at PCVP, especially Ashley with her responsiveness to any issues that may arise during your stay. Rest assured they will take care of you.

Holiday Policy: 
6 night minimum AND Saturday check-in is REQUIRED during our holiday season (December 18-January 3). One reservation CANNOT take both holidays, unless it is a 2-week reservation. There are no arrivals OR departures on Christmas or New Year's Day. 
*An arrival on a Friday or Sunday may be possible, please inquire if your group needs accommodations that are different as we may be able to accommodate you!

Summer 2021 Policy:
Saturday to Saturday required with 6-7 night reservations.
On July 4th 2021, check-in or check-out is NOT permitted. An arrival on a Friday or Sunday may be possible, please inquire if your group needs accommodations that are different as we may be able to accommodate you.

Nightly Minimum Policy:
4 night minimum required in the off season. 
6 nights AND a Saturday Check-in is REQUIRED during peak season (June - August). Arrival on Friday or Sunday instead may be an option.

Pet Policy: This property is pet-friendly. Please note: a pet fee of $50/pet plus tax, plus $20 upgrade to our “peace of mind damage” waiver is required with approval. Please send breed and pet description(s) for approval on your pet’s stay.

Rate Policy: Prices change on a daily basis so the rates you see today may be higher or lower when booking!
