It is important for you to read all details about your property. We highlight everything you need to know about your vacation rental in our listing, through emails, home manuals, in-home signage and phone correspondence. We want our guests to feel prepared, informed and at ease while staying with us. We are always available if you have questions!
*NOTE: This home is in a residential neighborhood and, as such, is a NOISE SENSITIVE property. Respect must be shown for the property and neighbors at all times. No loud music, parties, and or loud talking outside after 9 pm. Violation of these rules MAY result in immediate eviction from the property per your rental agreement, and/or fines from the San Diego Police. Please review your rental agreement for complete details and rules about your home!

Our Chic on Cass is a modern and classy, large 2 bedroom, 1 bath on the corner of Cass and Law Street. This condo is wonderfully bright and perfectly situated by shops, restaurants, and just blocks from Pacific Beach!
Every design and detail will give the feel of comfort and luxury. Take the red steps up to spacious apartment B with sleeping arrangements for 6 guests. A queen bed can be found in the master and a full bed in the guest bedroom, additionally a full size sleeper sofa in the living room. The living room has a large, smart TV while the master bedroom TV has Roku. The blinds on the living room windows are cordless, making it quick and easy to let in some sunshine!
The kitchen is equipped for every meal with amenities such as, a standard coffee maker, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, ice maker, garbage disposal, dishwasher, toaster, cooking utensils and cook ware, dish towels and ceramic and glass settings. Plenty of storage, counter and cabinet space too!
Just out from the living room is a relaxing patio with a large dining table for 6, and a propane Weber grill.
The bathroom is in the hallway between both bedrooms. The shower has a tub, the vanity has a hair dryer and additional towels and linens can be found in the front entryway by the washer and dryer.
Portable air conditioning units can be found in the living room and bedroom. These units vent through the window.
The best part about this chic condo? The surrounding area! Walking distance to many restaurants, bars, shops and stores on Cass Street and Turquoise, just blocks from the main street of Garnet Avenue. This condo is a very short distance from the beach, with the closest beach entry on Law Street. The Surf School below this condo is happy to give you a ride! (And maybe even a discount on rentals!)
If you have never stayed in a vacation rental before, we are not a hotel, WE ARE BETTER! We offer many of the same luxuries of a hotel with the comfort and space of home to share with your whole family. Our property owners are our friends and we work with each owner to offer a special, specific and ideal environment for guests to experience and enjoy. All of our homes offer similar amenities so you can expect the same experience whenever staying with us.
With that said, we need you to do your part in helping us maintain each home. Please be attentive to ALL RESPONSIBILITIES as a guest of our home. Trash/Recycling, Check-out duties, Communication to management and Care of the home all help us give each guest and family a home to feel at home in. We appreciate your assistance in making our homes and business unlike any other!
We like our guests to feel at home as soon as they arrive! We provide a ‘starter kit’ to help our guests get settled without needing to rush off to the store.
Our kits include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, soap, linens, towels, kitchen sponges, dish soap, laundry detergent and fabric softener, dishwasher soap when applicable, trash bags, either Keurig coffee makers with k-cups or standard coffee makers, extra blankets, sometimes extra pillows, extra sheets-for sleeper sofas, hair dryers, ironing boards, kitchens fully stocked-enough for max occupancy with some extra settings, toasters, some waffle makers, blenders, tool kits, first aid kits, fire extinguishers, co2/fire detectors, and most homes have heat available.
While on vacation, we want our guests to enjoy their vacation to the fullest and we feel in order for our guests to do this, they should also feel informed. Our emails serve to educate you on your vacation rental home, the surrounding area, responsibilities, what to expect and how to get in touch with us. We respect your privacy so our emails help provide you with all you need to know to reference as you please.
In addition, most of our properties have House Manuals detailing specific information about the property, amenities and responsibilities. Not to mention an awesome section on attractions, events, restaurants and more to help guide you during your stay in San Diego!

4 night minimum required in the off season. 4 nights are required over Thanksgiving, 5 nights are required over Christmas.
6 night AND a Saturday check-in REQUIRED during peak season (June - August). Arrival on Friday or Sunday instead may be an option.
(Please inquire if your group needs accommodations that are different as we may be able to accommodate you!)
Check in time is 3 pm and strictly enforced. (June-August, check-in is at 4pm)
Check out time is 11 am.
Please follow all instructions for your arrival and departure from our home in our email and phone call correspondence. There is signage around the home to assist with use of amenities and questions that you may have during your stay.
Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Some homes do not allow pets of any kind due to owner allergies, etc.
*Please consult with management PRIOR to booking with the following information on your furry friends: age, weight and breed. An additional pet fee or deposit will apply.
**Prices change on a daily basis so the rates you see today may be higher or lower when booking!
We do not typically rent to guests under the age of 25. Please contact us prior to booking to see how we may accommodate your group.
