No loud music, parties, and or loud talking outside after 9 pm. Violation of these rules MAY result in immediate eviction from the property per your rental agreement, and/or fines from the San Diego Police. Crown Point Beach & Bay Vacation House - 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, sleeps 6-7, completely remodeled in September 2016. Located at the tip of the Crown Point Peninsula and surrounded by water on 3 sides, this home is within walking distance to Crown Point Shores (Beach/Park and Recreation area), SeaWorld, and shops and restaurants. The Boardwalk/Bike path is just 2 blocks from the house and is a direct path the beach. Enjoy walking, biking or rollerblading around Mission Bay with easy access to Mission Beach and Pacific Beach. This location is centrally located for quick trips to the Zoo, Downtown/Gaslamp District, Balboa Park, Legoland, The Wild Animal Park, and more!
This home was completely remodeled from top to bottom in September 2016. Everything is new with a large, open kitchen, new appliances, large LCD TV's in all the rooms, top notch washer and dryer, great entertaining area under the large patio cover in the backyard and the hot tub for those cool nights.

Kitchen: Kitchen has new appliances and is fully equipped to handle large meals. Lots of room for many chefs in this kitchen!
Living room: Large, bright, airy living room with hard wood floors throughout. Lots of seating and a 60" LCD HDTV with Netflix and smart-TV capabilities and a dvd player are in this room.
Master Bathroom has a huge walk-in shower, separate tub, and a dual vanity. This is the bathroom of your dreams!
The second bathroom has a walk-in shower and all the amenities you could ask for.
Master Bedroom: Huge master bedroom with full bath. Glass French doors open into the backyard.
Each room has a television! There is free Wifi and a controlled thermostat for A/C and heat. The washer and dryer are brand new and come with several cleaning products for your every need.
Backyard: Large backyard with covered patio and tons of seating! Huge outdoor dining table with seating for 10. There is a large barbecue with sear burners and rotisserie and side burners. The yard is open and maintained with a new hot tub and shed full of beach accessories such as chairs, surf and boogie boards, cooler, and a crib and pack n play.
This home has a driveway with room for 2 cars, one in front and another behind the gate. There is also plenty of street parking available, but be aware of street sweeping.
If you have never stayed in a vacation rental before, we are not a hotel, WE ARE BETTER! We offer many of the same luxuries of a hotel with the comfort and space of home to share with your whole family. Our property owners are our friends and we work with each owner to offer a special, specific and ideal environment for guests to experience and enjoy. All of our homes offer similar amenities so you can expect the same experience whenever staying with us.
With that said, we need you to do your part in helping us maintain each home. Please be attentive to ALL RESPONSIBILITIES as a guest of our home. Trash/Recycling, Check-out duties, Communication to management and Care of the home all help us give each guest and family a home to feel at home in. We appreciate your assistance in making our homes and business unlike any other!
We like our guests to feel at home as soon as they arrive! We provide a ‘starter kit’ to help our guests get settled without needing to rush off to the store.
Our kits include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, soap, linens, towels, kitchen sponges, dish soap, laundry detergent and fabric softener, dishwasher soap when applicable, trash bags, either Keurig coffee makers with k-cups or standard coffee makers, extra blankets, sometimes extra pillows, extra sheets-for sleeper sofas, hair dryers, ironing boards, kitchens fully stocked-enough for max occupancy with some extra settings, toasters, some waffle makers, blenders, tool kits, first aid kits, fire extinguishers, co2/fire detectors, and most homes have heat available.
While on vacation, we want our guests to enjoy their vacation to the fullest and we feel in order for our guests to do this, they should also feel informed. Our emails serve to educate you on your vacation rental home, the surrounding area, responsibilities, what to expect and how to get in touch with us. We respect your privacy so our emails help provide you with all you need to know to reference as you please.
In addition, most of our properties have House Manuals detailing specific information about the property, amenities and responsibilities. Not to mention an awesome section on attractions, events, restaurants and more to help guide you during your stay in San Diego!

3 night minimum required in the off season.
7 night and a Saturday to Saturday stay may be required during peak season (June - August). Please inquire if your group needs accommodations that are different as we may be able to accommodate you.
Check in time is 3 pm and strictly enforced.
Check out time is 10 am.
Please follow all instructions for your arrival and departure from our home in our email and phone call correspondence. There is signage around the home to assist with use of amenities and questions that you may have during your stay.
Pets are NOT PERMITTED in this home.

We do not typically rent to guests under the age of 25. Please contact us prior to booking to see how we may accommodate your group.
