On Quiet Sail Bay; 2 bed/ 2 bath vacation rental townhouse in San Diego, California. Located in a serene neighborhood with easy access to Pacific Beach and Mission Beach. Ideal location for family vacations!
Just across the street from the sand, we offer this beautiful, bright and spacious family-friendly 2 bedroom/2 bath townhouse. This newly furnished, upscale townhouse is located in a quaint 3-unit complex, just across the street from a public access alley to the beautiful beach of Sail Bay. Follow the boardwalk/bike path for 5 minutes on foot to Fanuel Park, a popular bayfront young children's playground, or continue for another 5 minutes to the ocean!
This contemporary townhouse has a wonderful ambiance and layout. It is bright and feels very spacious with its high ceilings, skylights and floor to ceiling windows, modern décor, and open floor plan. The unit was recently upgraded with hardwood floors, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and A/C. It is tastefully decorated and contains many luxury features, including a fully equipped kitchen with a large assortment of quality kitchenware so you can cook and bake just as you do at home. Your children or friends can use the breakfast bar while you prepare meals, or you can enjoy a sit down meal at the dining table which seats 8. At the end of the day you can relax and enjoy a cozy sit down with friends in front of the fireplace or watch the sunset over the bay from the patio. You can also watch a movie or your favorite TV show from the premium movie channels, or use the Netflix enabled TV if you have an account.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, an HD 42" flat screen TV, and a full en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features 3 custom built twin beds, one in a bunk bed configuration so you will have a variety of sleeping arrangements. The upstairs bedroom has an HD 32" flat-screen TV and DVD combination player, so the kids can watch a movie upstairs while you have cocktails or quiet time in the living room.
There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room with a memory foam mattress that can sleep two more people.
Both bathrooms have granite counter top sinks, travertine tiles in bath/shower, and extra large shower-heads.
There is also sufficient space to use a pack-n-play crib or toddler cot, if needed.
Some other benefits that this home brings is the convenience of in-unit laundry and a dedicated secured car port.
The location of this perfect vacation home is excellent for a family-friendly vacation. It's not only steps away from the beach, but it is also located in quiet Crown Point. Close to stores and restaurants in Pacific Beach (5 mins by bike or car), but far enough to get a good night's sleep. The house is the middle unit in a small 3-unit complex, so there is no noise from neighbors above or below either. There is an enclosed carport plus an additional parking space in front of the garage. The townhome comes with a BBQ for your use as well.
The downtown Gaslamp area with its wonderful upscale restaurants is only about 12 minutes away and Little Italy is about 10 minutes away. SeaWorld is 1 mile, Old Town where San Diego began, is about 3 miles, the famous San Diego Zoo, the Embarcadero, and the ferry to Coronado Island are about 8 miles away. Legoland and the Wild Animal Safari Park are about 30 and 45 minutes away, and you can even make a day trip to Disneyland, which is about 1h 15 minutes away.
Whether you spend your days enjoying all that makes San Diego a world-renowned vacation destination or just strolling with your toes in the sand, you will enjoy the casual atmosphere and perfect weather that makes San Diego so delightful. If you have never stayed in a vacation rental before, we are not a hotel, WE ARE BETTER! We offer many of the same luxuries of a hotel with the comfort and space of home to share with your whole family. Our property owners are our friends and we work with each owner to offer a special, specific and ideal environment for guests to experience and enjoy. All of our homes offer similar amenities so you can expect the same experience whenever staying with us.
With that said, we need you to do your part in helping us maintain each home. Please be attentive to ALL RESPONSIBILITIES as a guest of our home. Trash/Recycling, Check-out duties, Communication to management and Care of the home all help us give each guest and family a home to feel at home in. We appreciate your assistance in making our homes and business unlike any other!
We like our guests to feel at home as soon as they arrive! We provide a ‘starter kit’ to help our guests get settled without needing to rush off to the store.
Our kits include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, soap, linens, towels, kitchen sponges, dish soap, laundry detergent and fabric softener, dishwasher soap when applicable, trash bags, either Keurig coffee makers with k-cups or standard coffee makers, extra blankets, sometimes extra pillows, extra sheets-for sleeper sofas, hair dryers, ironing boards, kitchens fully stocked-enough for max occupancy with some extra settings, toasters, some waffle makers, blenders, tool kits, first aid kits, fire extinguishers, co2/fire detectors, and most homes have heat available.
While on vacation, we want our guests to enjoy their vacation to the fullest and we feel in order for our guests to do this, they should also feel informed. Our emails serve to educate you on your vacation rental home, the surrounding area, responsibilities, what to expect and how to get in touch with us. We respect your privacy so our emails help provide you with all you need to know to reference as you please.
In addition, most of our properties have House Manuals detailing specific information about the property, amenities and responsibilities. Not to mention an awesome section on attractions, events, restaurants and more to help guide you during your stay in San Diego!

3 night minimum required in the off season. 4 nights are required over Thanksgiving, 5 nights are required over Christmas.
7 night AND a Saturday to Saturday stay is REQUIRED during peak season (June - August). Arrival on Friday or Sunday instead may be an option.

Check in time is 3 pm and strictly enforced.
Check out time is 10 am.
Please follow all instructions for your arrival and departure from our home in our email and phone call correspondence. There is signage around the home to assist with use of amenities and questions that you may have during your stay.
Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Some homes do not allow pets of any kind due to owner allergies, etc.
*Please consult with management PRIOR to booking with the following information on your furry friends: age, weight and breed. An additional pet fee or deposit will apply.
