This beautiful and large home is perfect for families coming together for some time away! With 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and two-level expansive space with dining areas, fireplaces, pool tables and a sauna this home in Mount Helix with its sweeping panoramic mountain views on over 1/2 acre lot has everything you could ask for!
Features include: Porcelain tile, dual pane windows, designer fixtures, custom lighting, sandstone fireplace, granite counters, Kraftsman cabinetry, 3-car garage, driveway space for additional cars, custom built-in BBQ and water feature by a sparkling pool! This is an entertainer's delight with a private setting! Near shopping & easy freeway access! Fantastic spacious floor plan for family and entertaining. A private master suite with walk-in closet leads you directly to the patio and pool. The first story of this home is very private with a full bath, sauna, game room with pool table, foosball table and theater area. Two sleeper sofas are available in the theater area for an additional 4 guests.
The pool just underwent a $70,000 remodel and is gorgeous! A 10 x 10 foot hot tub is big enough for everyone in your group. A large fire pit at the edge of the pool will warm you up on the cool summer nights. The water feature on the far side of the pool is a great relaxing touch anytime you are lounging around the pool. The huge new deck has views of both the pool and the scenic mountains of San Diego. The patio area overlooks the pool and has a gas BBQ, fire pit, outdoor tv, and plenty of seating for everyone in your group to enjoy the fantastic San Diego weather. Around the side of the house and through the living room from the kitchen is an outdoor seating area with room for 6. The indoor dining table can host 8 guests.
The second floor has the kitchen, dining area, living room, 4 bedrooms, master and separate bath. The master bathroom has a very spacious, open shower and large dual vanity. The guest bathroom has a dual vanity with shower and tub. The laundry room with a washer, dryer, iron and board is located next to the guest bathroom. The living room and lounge area upstairs has room for the whole family in front of the smart TV with cable and Netflix. Another television is located outside by the BBQ, and the third is downstairs in the theater area.
This home has central A/C and heat and free WiFi.

If you have never stayed in a vacation rental before, we are not a hotel, WE ARE BETTER! We offer many of the same luxuries of a hotel with the comfort and space of home to share with your whole family. Our property owners are our friends and we work with each owner to offer a special, specific and ideal environment for guests to experience and enjoy. All of our homes offer similar amenities so you can expect the same experience whenever staying with us.
With that said, we need you to do your part in helping us maintain each home. Please be attentive to ALL RESPONSIBILITIES as a guest of our home. Trash/Recycling, Check-out duties, Communication to management and Care of the home all help us give each guest and family a home to feel at home in. We appreciate your assistance in making our homes and business unlike any other!
We like our guests to feel at home as soon as they arrive! We provide a ‘starter kit’ to help our guests get settled without needing to rush off to the store.
Our kits include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, soap, linens, towels, kitchen sponges, dish soap, laundry detergent and fabric softener, dishwasher soap when applicable, trash bags, either Keurig coffee makers with k-cups or standard coffee makers, extra blankets, sometimes extra pillows, extra sheets-for sleeper sofas, hair dryers, ironing boards, kitchens fully stocked-enough for max occupancy with some extra settings, toasters, some waffle makers, blenders, tool kits, first aid kits, fire extinguishers, co2/fire detectors, and most homes have heat available.
While on vacation, we want our guests to enjoy their vacation to the fullest and we feel in order for our guests to do this, they should also feel informed. Our emails serve to educate you on your vacation rental home, the surrounding area, responsibilities, what to expect and how to get in touch with us. We respect your privacy so our emails help provide you with all you need to know to reference as you please.
In addition, most of our properties have House Manuals detailing specific information about the property, amenities and responsibilities. Not to mention an awesome section on attractions, events, restaurants and more to help guide you during your stay in San Diego!

Attention Guest: In a meeting in July 2018, the SD city council voted on a de-facto ban for all vacation rentals in the city of San Diego effective July 1, 2019. This means that all rentals booked after July 1, 2019 may have to be canceled depending on what happens with the ordinance. We do not know yet what changes will officially be made or if the implementation date may be pushed back, but we want to offer our homes and hospitality while we can. Please note, if you make a reservation for July 2019 or after, the city may require a cancellation of your reservation. We will be in touch with all guests on the progress of the city’s decisions on STVRs. The STR fight is far from over and really just beginning so if you love SD as a vacation destination and want to get involved in the fight, please visit ShareSanDiego.org where you can find out more details, contact the city council to express your disappointment in their decision, and contribute to our fight financially.
3 night minimum required in the off season. 4 nights are required over Thanksgiving, 5 nights are required over Christmas.
7 night and a Saturday to Saturday stay may be required during peak season (June - August).

Check in time is 3 pm and strictly enforced.
Check out time is 10 am.
Please follow all instructions for your arrival and departure from our home in our email and phone call correspondence. There is signage around the home to assist with use of amenities and questions that you may have during your stay.
Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Some homes do not allow pets of any kind due to owner allergies, etc.
*Please consult with management PRIOR to booking with the following information on your furry friends: age, weight and breed. An additional pet fee or deposit will apply.

We do not typically rent to guests under the age of 25. Please contact us prior to booking to see how we may accommodate your group.
The pool is NOT heated. It can be heated for $100 per day if desired and is adjusted remotely. It takes the pool about 8 hours to heat up to 80 degrees.
Pool temperatures without heating vary throughout the year. Typical temperatures are in the high 60's November - February, low 70's March - May and September and October, high 70's June through August. Heating for the pool can be added at any time. You may want to check into the house and decide if the pool is warm enough for you or if you need it heated first.

Awesome house! Me and my friends were here for a bachelor party and we had plenty of room to spread out. The pool and hot tub are great for both lounging in the day and hanging out and relaxing at night. Everything looks better than what you see in the pictures! If you're considering this house, do yourself a favor and just book it; you won't be disappointed!
