*NOTE: This home is in a residential neighborhood and, as such, is a NOISE SENSITIVE property. Respect must be shown for the property and neighbors at all times. No loud music, parties, and or loud talking outside after 9 pm. Violation of these rules MAY result in immediate eviction from the property per your rental agreement, and/or fines from the San Diego Police. Please review your rental agreement for complete details and rules about your home!

Stay at this gorgeous, modern, just remodeled, condo at one of the only high rise buildings on the beach in Pacific Beach. Steps away from the boardwalk, crystal pier, and all the shops, restaurants, and bars on Garnet Avenue.
The Capri has many unique condos and this unit is no exception. The views have been highlighted in this unit with floor to ceiling windows that encompass every inch of the viewable space you could have from this amazing home. Located on the tenth floor, the views are simply breathtaking.
New carpet and tile were just installed in the bedrooms and bathrooms.
The home has flat screen TV's in every room with digital HD cable. There are two Rokus in this condo. One is in the family room and the other is in the back bedroom.
The kitchen was recently updated with newer cabinets and appliances. The kitchen is very well equipped with many small appliances and utensils you wouldn't find at many vacation rentals.
The condo is only a small part of what makes this home truly a unique vacation spot. The building has a rooftop deck 12 stories up with 360 degree views of Pacific and Mission Beach. The deck is equipped with lounge chairs, picnic tables and barbecues for guest use.
There is also a very nice pool that is heated at a constant 86 degrees year round. The pool area also has a large jacuzzi and sauna for your use.
Lastly, there is one dedicated, secured parking spot available with the unit. Anyone that knows about how tough parking can be by the beach will understand how valuable this is to the home.
If you have never stayed in a vacation rental before, we are not a hotel, WE ARE BETTER! We offer many of the same luxuries of a hotel with the comfort and space of home to share with your whole family. Our property owners are our friends and we work with each owner to offer a special, specific and ideal environment for guests to experience and enjoy. All of our homes offer similar amenities so you can expect the same experience whenever staying with us.
With that said, we need you to do your part in helping us maintain each home. Please be attentive to ALL RESPONSIBILITIES as a guest of our home. Trash/Recycling, Check-out duties, Communication to management and Care of the home all help us give each guest and family a home to feel at home in. We appreciate your assistance in making our homes and business unlike any other!
Please note: The balconies at the Capri are NOT for standing. DO NOT lean on the railings. The Capri by the Sea has asked for our cooperation in their new safety proceedings. The incredible views of the beach, boardwalk and ocean are not affected!

We like our guests to feel at home as soon as they arrive! We provide a ‘starter kit’ to help our guests get settled without needing to rush off to the store.
Our kits include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, soap, linens, towels, kitchen sponges, dish soap, laundry detergent and fabric softener, dishwasher soap when applicable, trash bags, either Keurig coffee makers with k-cups or standard coffee makers, extra blankets, sometimes extra pillows, extra sheets-for sleeper sofas, hair dryers, ironing boards, kitchens fully stocked-enough for max occupancy with some extra settings, toasters, some waffle makers, blenders, tool kits, first aid kits, fire extinguishers, co2/fire detectors, and most homes have heat available.
While on vacation, we want our guests to enjoy their vacation to the fullest and we feel in order for our guests to do this, they should also feel informed. Our emails serve to educate you on your vacation rental home, the surrounding area, responsibilities, what to expect and how to get in touch with us. We respect your privacy so our emails help provide you with all you need to know to reference as you please.
In addition, most of our properties have House Manuals detailing specific information about the property, amenities and responsibilities. Not to mention an awesome section on attractions, events, restaurants and more to help guide you during your stay in San Diego!

Attention Guest: In a meeting in July 2018, the SD city council voted on a de-facto ban for all vacation rentals in the city of San Diego effective July 1, 2019. This means that all rentals booked after July 1, 2019 may have to be canceled depending on what happens with the ordinance. We do not know yet what changes will officially be made or if the implementation date may be pushed back, but we want to offer our homes and hospitality while we can. Please note, if you make a reservation for July 2019 or after, the city may require a cancellation of your reservation. We will be in touch with all guests on the progress of the city’s decisions on STVRs. The STR fight is far from over and really just beginning so if you love SD as a vacation destination and want to get involved in the fight, please visit ShareSanDiego.org where you can find out more details, contact the city council to express your disappointment in their decision, and contribute to our fight financially.
3 night minimum required in the off season. 4 nights are required over Thanksgiving, 5 nights are required over Christmas.
7 night and a Saturday to Saturday stay may be required during peak season (June - August).

Check in time is 3 pm and strictly enforced.
Check out time is 10 am.
Please follow all instructions for your arrival and departure from our home in our email and phone call correspondence. There is signage around the home to assist with use of amenities and questions that you may have during your stay.
Pets are NOT PERMITTED in this condo.

We had a great experience. The location is great. The condo is as advertised and Greg is a great host. We used bike and uber to get around all weekend. Loved it. Will definitely be back.

Had a great time staying at Capri 1005. The pictures are accurate, and the Pacific beach is right outside the building. The place had everything you need - TV's in every room, WiFi, beach towels, bathroom amenities, and most importantly a fabulous view from the drawing room! Greg provided detailed instructions about the keys and house rules (per the agreement). Would definitely stay here again on my next visit with friends or family!

The condo was EXACTLY as depicted or maybe even better than the pictures describe. It was roomy and clean with AMAZING views. We had everything we needed. Check in and check out were both very easy even with us arriving late the first night. We thought we would use the kitchen but we never did because the restaurants were so close and very good. It was relaxing and fun. The best endorsement I can give is that we plan to return on our next trip!

The Capri 1005 worked wonderfully for us! The condo came with all basic necessities expected from a vacation home. The view alone made the trip worth it! We were close by many restaurants, a grocery store, and shops. We visited many areas of San Diego and found the location to be perfect using our car to get around. We had a lovely time and would certainly come back and/or recommend this place to others.
