*NOTE: This home is in a residential neighborhood and, as such, is a NOISE SENSITIVE property. Respect must be shown for the property and neighbors at all times. No loud music, parties, and or loud talking outside after 9 pm. Violation of these rules MAY result in immediate eviction from the property per your rental agreement, and/or fines from the San Diego Police. Please review your rental agreement for complete details and rules about your home!

Ultimate Beach Vacation Destination located in the quaint & quiet residential area of North Pacific Beach, located just east of Tourmaline Beach Surf Park and just north of Garnet Avenue with its Pacific Beach shops, restaurants and bars as well as world famous Crystal Pier and Mission Beach Amusement Park. This home is also right around the corner from Bird Rock Village and a hop skip and a jump from La Jolla Cove and its famous Seal sanctuary. If you want to stray from Pacific Beach, SeaWorld is only a few minutes away, the famous Gaslamp District and Comicon are only 10 minutes away, and most of the other neighborhoods and tourist attractions are less than 15 minutes away. You are in the heart of it all at this vacation rental!
This spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath 1200 sq ft single level space was completely remodeled in 2015 to include kitchen, bathrooms and dual paned windows. Located in the heart of North Pacific Beach, this vacation rental has everything your group could desire during your stay. Your kids and pets will love the spacious backyard and the adults will enjoy the private courtyard just off the dining room with gas fire pit, BBQ, and outdoor refrigerator. The fire pit and mood lighting will make those famous San Diego nights even more enjoyable sitting under the stars. It's also biking and walking distance to Tourmaline Surf Beach, as well as Cass Street and Turquoise Street dining!
Kitchen - Large open kitchen design with island that seats three, plus hardwood cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and many of the amenities a family could want for cooking, including a Keurig single cup coffee maker and Ninja blender for smoothies or food processing or even Margaritas and Bloody Mary's!
Dining Room - This inviting dining room includes a pub style, raised, solid wood table made of Mango wood that is adjustable and includes two leafs to seat 6, 8 or even 10 people comfortably.
Living Room - Ample seating which includes a large leather couch, as well as a large queen sized sleeper sofa, and a 60 inch LCD TV plus DVD/BluRay player make this room a fantastic retreat after a day at the beach for movie night or watching the big game.
Master Bedroom w/bath - The Espresso Room - A Large bedroom with a king bed with a heavenly 12 inch cool gel memory foam mattress and private yet 'share-able' bathroom.....yes this room has 3 doors including a main door, a bathroom door and a pocket door that allow other guests in the home to use this bathroom when or if the other bathroom is in use, while still giving privacy to the bedroom. With the pocket door you can close the main door and keep the bathroom all to yourself as a private 'suite'. This room also has its own private outdoor 'zen' patio surrounded by bamboo trees with seating for two for late evening glasses of wine or morning coffee. This room also has an LCD TV, DVD/BluRay player, large dresser, two night stands, a desk and chair, as well as a closet, an electric blanket and a clothes hamper.
2nd Bedroom - The Rustic Bedroom - You may never want to get out of bed after you experience the 12 inch Queen cool gel memory foam mattress. French doors lead outside to the spacious backyard. This room also has an LCD TV, DVD/BluRay player, large dresser, two night stands, a closet, an electric blanket and a clothes hamper.
3rd Bedroom - Bunk Bed/Full Bed/Futon room - This room has several choices for sleeping configurations. The lower bed is a large full-size thick 8 inch mattress with a cool gel memory foam topper making it blissfully comfortable for sleeping either a cozy adult couple or a teenager or two. It can also be folded into a futon and the room is now converted into an activity or movie room for kids. On the top bunk is a large, comfy twin mattress with a cool gel memory foam topper-perfect size for a normal size adult, teenager or pre-teen. This room also has an LCD TV, DVD/BluRay player, large dresser, a night stand, an electric blanket, a closet and clothes hamper.
4th sleeper - Queen sleeper sofa sleeps two adults in complete comfort. The high end mattress with cool gel memory foam topper will make you feel completely at peace.
Bath 1 - This bathroom features dual vanities w/granite countertops and a shower/tub combo. This bathroom is unique in that doors outside the bathroom can make this a private bathroom for the master bedroom, or open to everyone else in the house as needed while still maintaining privacy for everyone.
Bath 2 - This full bathroom located just steps from bedroom 2 and 3 and just down the hall from the living room features a stand up shower for ease of getting in and out for guests who don't need a tub.
Large Outdoor Patio - This private yet spacious patio, steps from the dining room, living room and kitchen has everything you need to experience what we call "California Living." The fire pit, outdoor refrigerator, and BBQ and plenty of seating make you feel right at home and may make many people never want to leave!
Backyard (pet friendly) - This large San Diego backyard is enclosed with a 6 foot fence for privacy and boasts synthetic grass which is soft and safe for the little ones and your family gatherings. A small shed has many outdoor games the whole family will enjoy such as bean bag toss, ring toss, boogie boards and we are always adding more. Your pets in this pet-friendly home will enjoy the fully fenced in yard with no place for them to escape to!
Indoor Laundry includes high efficiency washer and dryer, as well as a clothes rack for drying delicates, and an iron and ironing board.
This vacation rental also includes full A/C and central heat, a Treadmill for those quick calorie burning workouts, as well as free high speed Wi-Fi internet, cable TV and access to Netflix on every TV. A wireless printer/scanner/copier for those unexpected business needs or kids arts and crafts copies.
This location has ample street parking for as many cars as you need as well as a large public green space/sports field directly across the street for family sports events or just to run around with the kids!
If you have never stayed in a vacation rental before, we are not a hotel, WE ARE BETTER! We offer many of the same luxuries of a hotel with the comfort and space of home to share with your whole family. Our property owners are our friends and we work with each owner to offer a special, specific and ideal environment for guests to experience and enjoy. All of our homes offer similar amenities so you can expect the same experience whenever staying with us.
With that said, we need you to do your part in helping us maintain each home. Please be attentive to ALL RESPONSIBILITIES as a guest of our home. Trash/Recycling, Check-out duties, Communication to management and Care of the home all help us give each guest and family a home to feel at home in. We appreciate your assistance in making our homes and business unlike any other!
We like our guests to feel at home as soon as they arrive! We provide a ‘starter kit’ to help our guests get settled without needing to rush off to the store.
Our kits include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, soap, linens, towels, kitchen sponges, dish soap, laundry detergent and fabric softener, dishwasher soap when applicable, trash bags, either Keurig coffee makers with k-cups or standard coffee makers, extra blankets, sometimes extra pillows, extra sheets-for sleeper sofas, hair dryers, ironing boards, kitchens fully stocked-enough for max occupancy with some extra settings, toasters, some waffle makers, blenders, tool kits, first aid kits, fire extinguishers, co2/fire detectors, and most homes have heat available.
While on vacation, we want our guests to enjoy their vacation to the fullest and we feel in order for our guests to do this, they should also feel informed. Our emails serve to educate you on your vacation rental home, the surrounding area, responsibilities, what to expect and how to get in touch with us. We respect your privacy so our emails help provide you with all you need to know to reference as you please.
In addition, most of our properties have House Manuals detailing specific information about the property, amenities and responsibilities. Not to mention an awesome section on attractions, events, restaurants and more to help guide you during your stay in San Diego!

NOTE: The homeowner lives on-site. There is no common area shared. All entrances, backyard, kitchen, living room, bedrooms etc are private and separate for the guest.

3 night minimum required in the off season.
7 night and a Saturday to Saturday stay may be required during peak season (June - August). Please inquire if your group needs accommodations that are different as we may be able to accommodate you.
Check in time is 3 pm and strictly enforced.
Check out time is 10 am.
Please follow all instructions for your arrival and departure from our home in our email and phone call correspondence. There is signage around the home to assist with use of amenities and questions that you may have during your stay.
Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Some homes do not allow pets of any kind due to owner allergies, etc.
*Please consult with management PRIOR to booking with the following information on your furry friends: age, weight and breed. An additional pet fee or deposit will apply.
**Prices change on a daily basis so the rates you see today may be higher or lower when booking!
We do not typically rent to guests under the age of 25. Please contact us prior to booking to see how we may accommodate your group.
